At Shiya, each piece is checked with care before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best condition. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
If your order is not right for any reason, you can reach out to us within the specified timeline and we will guide you through the exchange process.
In case you receive a damaged item, please write to us at info@shiya.in with details and images.
Terms
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we have kept our exchange process straightforward.
If you need a different size or style, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we approve the request, we ask that you ship the item back within 10 working days.
We can only accept pieces that are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. If an item shows signs of wear or the packaging appears tampered with, we won't be able to process the exchange.
Since return shipping costs are handled by the customer, we recommend using a reliable tracking service. We aren't responsible for any packages lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Each order is eligible for a single exchange, and these are subject to what we have in stock. If your specific choice is unavailable, we will work with you to find a great alternative.
Please note that items purchased during a sale or from our clearance section are final and cannot be exchanged.
While we do not offer refunds, we may issue store credit in certain cases. This credit remains valid for 3 months from the date of issue and does not cover the original shipping charges.
